A mediator must act as a neutral between parties and problem solve to help the parties reach an agreement. Unlike arbitration, a decision is not handed down. It is the parties who determine whether and how their despute will be resolved. Our firm strives to act as an empathetic and impartial facilitator determined to find common ground and get results.

We respect our clients time and resources and as such believe in providing the best mediation services for the best value. In order to do that the preparation of the parties is an important first step. We provide guidelines and preliminary worksheets at the outset and engage each party independently in initial discussions to maximize the value of time spent in mediation.
